Ryan has an innate talent for channeling his experiences with enduring and overcoming hardship into building trust with populations for whom trust does not come easily. From a caregivers perspective, the quality of that connection is the foundation upon which all progress is built. I have had the honor of watching him grow from a troubled young man into someone who excels at empowering men like him to actualize real and lasting change in their lives.

Community Manager for Nonprofit Artist Helping The Homeless
Before founding BlackRaven Collective, I spent five years working with men transitioning out of prison, mental health facilities, and homelessness, helping them rebuild stability, structure, and direction. Combined with nearly a decade of my own work with mental health professionals, those experiences shaped a core belief: lasting change begins with recognizing the patterns that control our choices.
BlackRaven Collective was built to help people from individuals rebuilding their lives to executives and public leaders develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and accountability. When you can truly see a pattern, you can change it and ultimately change the life built around it.
I’m not a licensed therapist, counselor, or behavior analyst. This work is direct, honest, and accountability-driven for people ready to see themselves more clearly and make meaningful change.
